A poor showing from last week's low-owned picks, but with some juicy fixtures and with squads needing to rotate on the back of European football in midweek, there are plenty more opportunities to dive into the bargain bucket and pull out a low-owned gem for your squads this week….

Jamal Lascelles (NEW) DEF Ownership: 17.7% Next Fixture: WOL (H)
I'm not thrilled by the low-owned options in defence this week, clean sheets have been hard to come by this season. Despite limping to a 1-0 defeat to Dortmund in the Champions League, I'm backing Newcastle's defence to stand resolute up against the Foxes this weekend. With Sven Botman out injured a few weeks longer, the renaissance of Jamal Lascelles could serve as a great short-term opportunity. Available in more than 80% of leagues, he's one to grab if you find yourself stuck with a Forest or Utd defender in your squad right now.

Malo Gusto (CHE) Ownership: 31% Next Fixture: BRE (H)
Despite Reece James return to fitness and from suspension, Pochettino has called out the England right-back as only being ready for the bench for this weekend's fixture against Brentford. With that, it will surely be Malo Gusto who again takes up the spot on the right side of the defence. Despite Brentford continuing to mix good performances in with the bad, I'm tipping Chelsea to take confidence from some improved performances and get the win here and with a bit of luck it will be with a clean-sheet intact.

John McGinn (AVL) MID Ownership:30.2% Next Fixture: LUT (H)
Exotic, young, trickster….these are just some of the words that describe my next pick, but are rarely called upon when describing John McGinn. Not to play down McGinn's worth, he's clearly a great footballer, but this is a pick that screams "all of the good Villa assets have gone". Perhaps this could have been Leon Bailey, but I've been stung too many times by his injury record. With Villa in the form they have been recently, you could realistically pick any player and feel pretty well set this weekend. It's McGinn for me as the only still available in the majority of leagues.

Simon Adingra (BHA) MID     Ownership: 19.8%      Next Fixture: FUL (H)
It's hard not to get excited by the potential in Brighton assets, even if they do keep dropping like flies. With Solly March the latest to suffer, Adingra looks set to see his run in the side continue and with that, I can see points for the young winger. With an impressive 20 goal contributions on loan in the Jupiter Pro League last season and 3 already for the Seagulls this season in the Premier League, I can see Adingra growing into being an absolute bargain of a fantasy football asset. Pick him up now if you can!

Eddie Nketiah (ARS) FWD Ownership: 57% Next Fixture: SHU (A)
Given the scarcity of forwards, Nketiah sneaks into the low-owned category for me this week. At the time of writing, we are yet to hear the results of Jesus' scan on a light hamstring injury, but Arteta will likely be wary of over-exerting an injury-prone striker who looked in such impeccable form in midweek. As such, I expect Nketiah to be picked this weekend and having not impressed hugely with his showings earlier in the season, he will desperate to make his mark in the best fixture in the league right now, home to Sheffield United.
